Aqua Phase II
With our partner, Emmanuel Concrete, we assisted Emry Formwork on a two-tower condominium project in Kelowna, supplying skilled manpower, including general labourers, carpenter assistants, and carpenters. As the main subcontractor for the project, we delivered consistent quality and reliability throughout.

UBCO- Kelowna
Together with our partner Emmanuel Concrete, as well as EMRY Formwork and Ledcor, we supplied forming crews, carpenters, skilled labourers, and general labourers to help set a provincial milestone — the largest continuous pour in British Columbia’s history: 5,500 cubic meters placed flawlessly in just 18 hours — as part of our collaboration on a 43-storey tower.

Burrad place 2
We’re currently working with Pagnotta on Phase 2 of the Burrard Place project. Through our partnership with Emmanuel Concrete, our team of cement finishers has been involved since the parking level, consistently meeting project requirements, delivering on schedule, and strictly following all safety measures.

Vancouver Center II
We collaborated with Pagnotta and our partner, Emmanuel Concrete, on their first project in Vancouver, working with a team specializing in stripping and cement finishing. We were recognized as valuable allies in table stripping, thanks to our efficiency and commitment to safety.

We collaborated with Capwest on the Gilmore Site in Tower #3, assisting with minor carpentry activities and helping to conclude the project with curves, walls, etc.
